Church Open Day - Easter Monday
During the Open Day on Easter Monday, Sefton Parish Church was awarded the The Marque of Excellence for Faith Tourism by the Multi Faith Tourism Association, presented during the afternoon by the High Sheriff of Liverpool.

Journeys - A Lent Course
A five week DVD journey exploring the Christian faith through real people, amazing stories and changed lives.
Each evening starts with a glass of wine and a tasty dessert followed by a film and discussion.

Candlelit Service of Remembrance for the Bereaved - 23th November
As usual, names of those who have passed on will be read out during the service. Names should be added to the list at the back of the church by 16th November.
Autumn Fayre - 15th November
This year, our Autumn Fayre will be held at St Luke's Church Hall, Crosby. The fayre opens at 10.30 and amongst the stalls will be Coffe & Cake, Raffle, Tombola, Jewellery, Books, Gifts, Potting Shed, Toys and Bottle stall.
Donations for the Fayre are gratefully received at Sefton Church during the preceding Sunday services.
Remembrance Sunday Service - 9th November
Commencing at the Cross opposite the church, we remember those who gave their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today. Should the weather prevent the gathering at the cross, the service will commence in the Church. Please note the start time is 10.45.
The Mock Corporation of Sephton - 18th October
An entertainment in words and music based upon the Mock Corporation of Sefton, a historical but almost bizarre social club established in the mid 18th century. This promises to be an interesting evening!!
Ticket prices are £5 for adults, £3 for accompanied children. Tickets available from the Church on the night or contact 0151 293 3889 or 0151 523 1123 for more details. Doors open at 7pm

An Evening of Song with Swansong - 27th September
Swansong are a group of friends who just want to sing! With a focus on high quality, the Swans' (Singers Without A Name) programme ranges from the classics, through West End and Broadway, to the Beatles and Queen! There really is something for everyone.
Aughton Male Voice Choir - 29th August
Sefton Parish Church is proud to announce a "Summer Evening" event with the Aughton Male Voice Choir. Originally founded in 1974 by the Aughton Ratepayers and Residents Association the choir has grown from a group of 13 to over 60 members, singing for charity both in this country and internationally.
With the choir singing from a wide ranging repertoire we are looking forward to an enjoyable evening. A raffle will be held and light refreshments will be available.
Church Open Days - August
During August, the Church will be open to visitors each Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm. Church tours will be available giving an insight into the life of this historic Church.
An additional Open Day will be held on August Bank Holiday (Monday 25th August) when there will be stalls, brass rubbing, tours and refreshments available. A cracking day out!
Congratulations Darren!! 12th June
Many congratulations to Darren Chamock on his Confirmation at Liverpool Cathederal on the 12th June. The service was supported by memberos of Darrens family and congregation. Click Here to see some of the picture taken.
The Road to Lambeth - 9th June
In July 2008 the Bishops of the Anglican Communion throughout the world will converge on Canterbury for 2 weeks for their meeting which happens every 10 years. Dr Peter Owen will give a talk to help us understand the history of the Lambeth Conference and the current issues which are likely to be raised at their forthcoming meeting. All are welcome to come along to find out more.
The talk will be held at St Frideswyde's Church at 7.30pm.
Olde English Craft Fayre - 7th June
A fantastic day out in store - with The Mersey Morris Men, Clog Dancers, Handbell Ringers, traditional masonry skills with a Stone Mason, the excitement of live birds of prey with Lancashire Hawks & Owls and music from 'Time Ashore' folk group.
Festivities begin at 10am and continue until 4.30pm. Don't miss it!!

Sefton Church Open Day - 26th May
This is a fantastic opportunity to tour the church and learn more about its history.
Other attractions include refreshments, cake stall, brass rubbings and lots of other activities.
There will also be a prize quiz for Children. Something for all the family.
Patronal Festival - 25th May
Come and join us in celebrating St Helen's Day with a festival Eucharist Service dedicated to the patron of Sefton Church.
The preacher will be the Dean of Liverpool Cathederal; The Very Reverend Justin Welby. The service begins at 11.15am
Vokalensemble Mittelrhein
- 23th May
This is a mixed choir concert tour from the Rhineland. To be held in Sefton Church, tickets are £ 5 including refreshments, under 19s free.
